Premade Items:

Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after purchase.
Custom Items:

Because each custom item is made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
