Premade Items
We want you to love your purchase! If your premade item (non-customized) doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

Proof of damage (photos) must be provided for items damaged during shipping
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund or exchange confirmation.
Custom Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any product made to order, designed specifically for you, or customized in any way.
Please review your custom details carefully before placing your order. If there’s an issue on our end (e.g. wrong item sent), we will make it right.
